ZARUMILLA NOVEMBER 2006

In Zarumilla, a village northwest of Peru which is near the border with Ecuador, lived about 25 little boys who had been rescued from the harsh street life and were in a shelter that lacked basic amenities of daily living. Peruanitos Foundation repaired the water heater so that children have hot water service. Work equipment room painted, repaired plumbing and contributed new mattresses and bedding. The hostel had a small unfurnished room where the children had to sit on the floor to take their classes. The foundation donate all the furniture so that the boys can sit comfortably to enjoy the improved educational environment.
